Mr. Vinod Nair brings over 25 years of professional coaching experience in swimming. His extensive career includes working with Western Railway (1996–2017), where he also served as a Swimming Coach (2006–2017). Since 2012, he has been associated with Otters Club as the Head Swimming Coach.

An ASCA Level 5 Certified Coach, he currently leads the Swimming Program at Somaiya Sports Academy.
