Mr. Dhanesh Kumar Madhusudhanan has over 2 years and 8 months of experience in Grassroots Sports Management. He has had the opportunity to work with some of the most reputed football institutions in India, including Kerala Blasters FC, AC Milan Academy Kerala, and Conscient Sports - the organization behind the Barça Academy and the Real Madrid Foundation Football Program.

His professional journey has spanned diverse responsibilities across Academy Operations, Customer Service, Business Development, and Event Management. Through these roles, he has contributed to the seamless functioning of football academies, enhanced athlete and parent engagement, supported program growth, and helped create a sporting ecosystem that promotes grassroots development. He is currently working as an Assistant Manager - College Programs for Somaiya Sports Academy.
