Dr Amritashish Bagchi, Ph.D., is a Certified Performance & Sport Scientist (CPSS-NSCA) and ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach with over 9 years of experience in teaching, research, and curriculum development. A UGC NET/JRF and SRF awardee, he has authored over 35 SCOPUS-indexed publications and was instrumental in establishing the Symbiosis School of Sports Sciences, where he designed key academic programs and the Human Performance Lab. His expertise spans statistics in sports, research methodology, performance analysis, strength & conditioning, and sports biomechanics, combining academic rigor with applied practice. He is currently an Associate Professor at Somaiya Sports Academy, Somaiya Vidyavihar University.
